How We Do It
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.
Please examine your package before signing for it.
WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE!
Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package.
Flat Paks: If the Pak seems flat or deflated, please refuse the package.
We only ship product to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $20 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

Payment is required in full at the time of checkout to confirm your pre-order. This ensures your item is held exclusively for you.
3. Processing & Shipping
Pre-order processing times vary depending on the product type and availability.
Estimated shipping windows are listed in each product description. Please note these are estimated dates and may be subject to change due to production or supplier delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once all items are ready — unless stated otherwise.
4. Updates
You will receive email updates regarding your order status, including any changes to shipping timelines.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All pre-orders are final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

All items are final sale. Exchanges ONLY (customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees) We will EXCHANGE If your item does not fit properly but can not be damaged or distorted . You must ship the item back within 5 business days after receiving it.

Each bundle is thoroughly inspected and prepared before shipment to ensure premium quality.
